Owner Mike Lewis has been working in the automotive repair business for 37 years. He began his career working in his father’s shop, Gary’s Auto Body. After 35 years he opened his own custom restoration shop. Mike’s father now works for him at Lewis Rod & Custom. Together, Mike and Gary has had over 20 magazine features including Mike’s personal vehicle (’67 Buick Riveria) which was picked by Hot Rod technical director Terry McGean as his favorite Rod of all time. Mike is well known and respected throughout the custom car building and restoration community.
